Jessica Diego Martinez founded Martinez & Associates, PLLC alongside her husband Desi I. Martinez in 2006. Jessica has over 25 years of experience in the legal field.
Her job duties consist of accounting for the firm, booking keeping, human resources, handling all the reductions, and funding of disbursement of settlements for pre-litigation and litigation clients. Jessica serves as the firm’s administrator for billing, and payroll, manages the day-to-day operations, and handles all accounting for client files. She also works closely and assists each Attorney to make sure they are achieving the desired outcomes for their clients.
Jessica is fluent in English and Spanish.
Education: Angelo State University and St. Mary’s University.

As a Legal Secretary, she provides administrative support to the firm’s attorneys and litigation paralegals. Diana L. Garcia brings 27 years of experience as a paralegal. She is our Pre-litigation Case Manager. She has 2 Bachelor's degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Diana meets with every pre-litigation client at the time of settlement. Diana works closely with the attorneys during the settlement process and is responsible for gathering and analyzing files for litigation.

She takes pride in overseeing the new case screening process and works alongside clients as they sort through the overwhelming uncertainties that accompany an injury.
She enjoys getting to know clients and their families personally and sharing in the moment when they are made.

Claudia Acuna is a native Texan. She was raised in Brownsville, Texas. Ms. Acuna relocated to San Antonio in October 2008. Ms. Acuna brings 20 years of experience working as an Administrator and Office Management in the corporate arena. In May of 2018, Ms. Acuna brought her experience and broad skill set to the legal field when she joined the litigation department of Martinez & Associates as a legal secretary. Ms. Acuna works directly with the attorneys of Martinez & Associates, assisting them in the development of clients’ personal injury cases and preparing for trial or early resolution through mediation. Ms. Acuna is a valued employee and plays an integral role in the Martinez & Associates litigation team where she works diligently and professionally to achieve a successful outcome for each client.

With over 17 years of experience in the apartment industry and a passion for helping others, Lena has dedicated the last 4 years to assisting those in need as a Legal Assistant. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lena takes great pride in serving the Spanish-speaking community, ensuring that all clients receive the support and guidance they deserve. Outside of work, Lena is a spouse to Hilda and a proud parent of two adult children, who are the center of Lena’s world.
